Serviceworks presents at the Gold Coast Next Generation Utilities (NGU) Summit - Insight into the consumer perspective Serviceworks hosted an industry panel at the NGU Summit on the Gold Coast exploring consumer's views of utilities in general, the Smart Grid and Smart Meters. The session was hosted by Andrew Duncan, Managing Director of Serviceworks and moderated by Tony Wilson. Tony hit the streets and asked a broad cross section of the community what they thought about their energy retailers, and smart meters. These videos provide a fresh, insightful and often humorous look at the challenges and expectations of utilities from the customer point of view. Tony was chosen to moderate this session and to undertake the interviews as he is NOT an industry expert.
